Elmasonic xtra ST Series Ultrasonic Cleaners

The 7-member xtra ST family comprises the workhorse units of Elmasonic industrial ultrasonic cleaners.  They’re found in shops handling a wide range of cleaning tasks – from grungy engine components to newly fabricated assemblies ready for painting, plating or further processing.  Splash-proof LED-equipped control panels tell at a glance what frequency is being used – 25 or 45 kHz – which functions are operating, and the status of cleaning cycles in terms of time and cleaning solution temperature.

The tank is equipped with two positions for hanging baskets facilitating loading products to be cleaned, and draining freshly cleaned loads while conserving cleaning chemistries by returning them to the tank.  Cleaning tasks are further eased because the Elmasonic xtra ST units can be rolled to the site – requiring only a source of electric power.  Models are equipped with lockable wheels to keep them in place when on site.

Elmasonic xtra ST industrial ultrasonic cleaners are easy to operate and easy to maintain. If service is needed, simply swap out the control panel/generator assembly cutting down time to a minimum.  The new generator automatically tunes itself to the transducers. They come with a 3-year tank warranty (for single shift operation).

Elma Filter Extends Cleaning Solution Life


The Elma Filter Option prolongs cleaning solution effectiveness by monitoring and removing contaminants and fine particles during cleaning cycles. Benefits: extended bath effectiveness, lower water consumption and reduced tank erosion from settled particles. When flow rate decreases due to contaminant buildup, filter cartridges are easily replaced by shop personnel. Elma Filter is available as an option on all newly purchased Elma xtra ST units offered by Tovatech or can be retrofitted on your existing xtra ST equipment.

Elma Rinse Achieves Spotless Results


Use the Elma Rinse with tap water to remove heavy, loose contaminants before ultrasonic cleaning to help prolong cleaning solution life.  After the items have been cleaned, spray rinse products with demineralized (DM) water provided by the included filtration system, to remove remaining residues. The Elma Rinse option can be table or wall mounted and is equipped with two rinsing wands, one for tap and one for demineralized water.

Wheel mounted for portability, the Elma Table supports products for pre-and post cleaning rinsing, draining and drying.  It is equipped with a splash guard, drip tray, and ball-valve drain to disposal.  The Elma Rinse can be integrated into the Elma Table for convenience and space saving.
